Vanessa Briceño-Scherzer was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and currently works as professional photographer, graphic designer and media manager for musicians and artists, including The Point Chamber Orchestra, Time For Three,  The Dali Quartet, The Pennsylvania Dance Theatre, Adriana Linares (violist), Nicolas Kendall (violinist), and Susana Amundarain (painter).

She has been very active in the marketing and development of music artists, including image campaigns, artist media packages, and the production and post-production of music videos and electronic press kits (EPKs) for record labels such as E1 Entertainment.

She had worked as a director, producer, and editor of film and television productions in the United States and abroad.

Her short films “Fading Away” and “Silent Conversations” have been screened at Film Festivals in the U.S and at venues such as the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (San Francisco, CA), the Glenride Performing Arts Center (Sarasota, FL), and The American Pavilion during the 2002 Cannes Film Festival.
